European Movement in Albania (EMA) in the framework of the project "Encouraging the youth participation in Political Processes" supported by National Endowment for Democracy (NED), organized a public lecture at the premises of University of Gjirokastra "Eqerem Cabej" on 2 April 2009.
The public lecture was focused on "The model of European Citizens and the perspective of Albanian Youth". Our guest speaker was Adri Nurellari, Director of Albanian Liberal Institute.
Mr. Nurellari holds a degree in History at University of Tirana and masters degree in European Policies at University of Cambrige, London. Mr. Nurellari has served as political adviser of Albanian Prime Minister and as technical adviser of Prime Minister of Kosovo. Currently he is lecturer at European University of Tirana.
The activity was opened with introductory remarks by Prof. As. Gezim Sala, Rector of University of Gjirokastra "Eqerem Cabej", Mrs. Ermonela Ruspi, Lecturer at University of Gjirokastra and Mr. Ilir Qorri, Policy Researcher of European Movement in Albania.
