Gjipali: EC assessment is positive. Constitutional Court is holding back the green light for the negotiations

Gledis Gjipali, executive director of EMA, invited to Abc News on 6 October 2020 states that the report published by the European Commission, has given a good evaluation for Albania and North Macedonia on EU negotiations. He also stated that there is only one unfulfilled matter: Constitutional Court in order to start the intergovernmental conference.
