Brain Gain Policies and their impact on the European Integration Process of Albania
European Movement in Albania (EMA) supported by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) and Open Society Institute (OSI), Think Tank Fund, has produced a policy paper entitled "Brain Gain Policies and their impact on the European Integration Process of Albania". This policy paper was presented during the series of Policy Forums on European Integration organized on 4 June 2010.
Nations in Transit - Freedom House report on Albania
Gledis Gjipali, the Executive Director of European Movement in Albania, is the author of the country report for 2010 'Nations in Transit' published annually by Freedom House. The report analyzes the progress' level of Albania in terms of democratization in important areas such as: National Democratic Governance; Electoral Process; Civil Society; Independent Media; Local Democratic Governance; Judicial Framework and Independence; and Corruption.

European Movement in Albania (EMA) supported by Local Government and Public Service Reform Initiative of the Open Society Institute - Budapest, has produce a polcy paper entitled "Accessing Integration: Problems and Solutions to Adapting IPA in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia".
European Movement in Albania (EMA) is an independent organization, organized in the form of an NGO combining think tank and advocacy instruments. European Movement in Albania was established in February 2007 and became member of European Movement International.
On 19 November 2009, Mr. Ilir Qorri, Program Director of EMA, took part in the Conference "Visa Liberalisation in the Balkans: time for the breakthrough", organized jointly by ESI - European Stability Initiative and EPC - European Policy Center.
European Movement in Albania (EMA) and European Stability Initiative (ESI) in the framework of the project "White Schengen List" supported by Robert Bosch Stiftung organized on 16 November 2009 a conference entitled: "Visa-free travel for Albania - the final steps", under the auspices of Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The speakers of the conference included Ms. Tanja Fajon, Member of European Parliament, rapporter of European Parliament on visa liberalization process, H. E. Mr. Ilir Meta, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, H. E. Mr. Helmuth Lohan, Head of the Delegation of European Commission in Albania. Other distinguished guest in the conference included H. E. Mrs. Majlinda Bregu, Minister of European Integration, ambassadors of EU Member States in Albania, civil society activists, university researchers, media and business community.
During 15-16 November 2009, Ms. Tanja Fajon rapporter of European Parliament visited Albania as a guest of European Movement in Albania (EMA) and European Stability Initiative (ESI) in the framework of the project \"White Schengen List\" supported by Robert Bosch Stiftung. During her stay in Tirana, Ms. Fajon meet with Prime Minister H. E. Mr. Sali Berisha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H. E. Mr. Ilir Meta, and with the Leader of the opposition H. E. Mr. Edi Rama.
