Gledis Gjipali gives his remarks on European Commission’s progress report on Albania

EMA’s Executive Director Mr. Gledis Gjipali was on Syri TV and Top News to give his remarks on the latest EU progress report on Albania. He stated that the annual report of the European Commission makes an analysis of all areas and recommends the next steps in the integration process. Gjipali pointed out that EC provided a positive assessment for the elections based on the OSCE/ODIHR report. Moreover, he interpreted the findings of the report regarding the most relevant subjects such as asylum seekers, minorities and media freedom etc. Gjipali asserted that bilateral political problems between Bulgaria and North Macedonia continue to hinder the holding of the First Intergovernmental Conference.
