Report TV: Albania has complete the requests to open the negotiations, April 8, 2022

Nirvana Deliu, Policy Researcher at EMA , on 28 April 2022 was on Report TV, to discuss the integration process of Albania in EU. She gave her remarks on the current situation and the effects that the war in Ukraine has had in EU. Moreover, Deliu explained that both, Albania and North Macedonia have completed the requirements for opening the negotiations, but this process has been delayed by the European Union itself. According to her, the EU decision-making process has to be reviewed, and that each country should be evaluated individually. Deliu added that Albania will face higher demands in the following stages but she has met all the requirements until now. She remains optimistic about the organization of the First Intergovernmental Conference as long as both sides show effort.
